I'd like Elizabeth Warren or Joe Stieglitz as Treasury Secretary too.

And amazing to think that we have consumer protection in other areas but not in financial products.

3. If the street hates them...
...that is a strong indication that they would be great in the job.

The street has wrecked our economy and brought the international economy to its knees as well, by their rapacious and fraudulent business activities. About time they had someone overseeing them who knows how to kick them in the teeth.

You know, don't you, that the banksters' bonuses this year amount to 1% of the entire US GDP? While the normal rank and file are still losing jobs, still being pushed out of their homes, still reeling from the economic calamity that happened at the end of the Bush term.

So like I say, if the street hates them, that's a big plus in my eyes.
