2. I LOVE this

Many people in America (and some here at DU) just don't seem to understand the procedural hurdles in the Senate. There are rules to how things get done in the Senate, and one needs to abide by those rules. The Dems need to continue to explain to the American people about these rules and that they are trying to do what they can within the rules of the Senate to get the troops home but the GOP won't let them.

It is a beautiful thing that the Democrats are insisting on a true filibuster from the GOP and I'm glad Durbin challenged the idiotic talking head's "stunt" comment.
