3. Ron Paul didn't hijack the GOP and Graham is a good man
Edited on Thu Oct-15-09 11:48 AM by hmorehead
Don Reagan, Paul Wolfowitz, Perelman, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Dick Armey, Phil Graham, Newt Gringich and that ilk hijacked the GOP.

Ron Paul is a good man who has some almost Lyndon Larouchian, mostly Libertarian bend, interesting and aggrivating but I wouldn't vote for him.

Graham was about the only reasonable voice on the GOP during President Clinton's impeachment, and made about the only calls to the mobs regarding respecting the office of President Obama. I don't always agree with Graham but at least he takes on Limbaugh and these kook tea baggers.

4. Ron Paul claimed that healthcare is a privilege, not a right.
Hardly the saying of what I would consider a "good man."

He is right in a couple of issues, but mostly in the same manner a stopped clock tells the correct time twice a day: for the wrong reasons. His followers are delusional to an extreme.

If he is not willing to corral his own delusional crowd, I care little what Dr. Paul has to say.

5. I pretty much agree with you on that, he's terribly wrong on a lot of important issues.
