In American practice, "costs" is a limited concept. The most important point is that it doesn't include attorney's fees. Neither Taitz nor her client would be liable for attorney's fees unless the judge made a separate finding to that effect.

I'm too lazy to look up the rules applicable to this decision. My semi-informed guess is that the bill will be in the low three figures. Taitz might even be able to scream that she's being persecuted (as Cenk notes) in using such a result as the basis for fundraising -- she could turn a net profit on the deal.
