This wonderful lady states that her daughter in law has been waiting for 20 years to be treated for MS in America compared to McCain's reference to a 2 year wait in Britain.

She goes on to ask if no-one is ready to give up their medicare "what is so wrong with government provided health care?". She gets 3 minutes 45 seconds of ownage and he spends 1 minute totally ignoring it and going to his own list of 'solutions' instead.
