Summary: Cenk and Ana discuss the story of a 14 year old NJ girl who was almost arrested (and labeled a sex offender) for putting up nude pictures of herself on MySpace. While they agree putting up nude pics is a terrible idea, they also agree it would be insane to arrest someone in this situation. But in the end they disagree on how to handle things.

1. Seems to be happening alot lately

I guess with the easy availability of camera phones and such this will likely continue to happen.

It's odd that people who were raised on the internet where you can do a quick google search on anyone you choose, don't understand that putting things on the internet makes them available to everyone.

Don't post anything on the web you don't want the general public to see. Simple enough.

6. The child porn issue has become corrupted with a witchhunt mentality.

There was also a 19 year old who was sentenced for having sex with his 17 year old girlfriend.
He's now labeled as a child molester for life.
