8. I tend to look thinks up because I do not have a photographic memory as you appear to but

I still remember the preamble I memorized from school some 20 years ago:

We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect union establish justice insure domestic tranquility provide for our defense, promote our welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity - establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

If it is a few words wrong I doubt I mis-remember the meaning and would usualy look it up for clarity as the wording itself is not modern, but you are counting on that I am sure.

The point I suppose is that it's protections are only for an elite that don't need to look up for clarity? Is that your point? If so, you got me! I have only read it, studied it in Civics class and look up shit if I need to be reminded of details I have forgotten. (but I do actually look up as necessary)

My point on the other hand is simple I respect the laws of the land as they support US not an elite and no one personality or party will be held above it by me. It exists for the well being of all citizens and laws are not optional for corporate interests or any in the ruling class, except of late(just because it is becoming a country of men not laws does not mean it is constitutional no matter what Nixon believed)

No where that I know of (and I have a copy of both if you care to tell me where to look it up) do I believe we signed up for a corporate friendly rule of elites whose interests are more important than her citizens. I will not hero worship anyone. That is my point. The whole thing exists for OUR EQUAL BLESSINGS AND PROTECTIONS not just for bankers or past politicians that are somehow immune from the law. My loyalty is only for the people and the rule of law provided in the constitution.

You obviously disagree. I think you should clarify your differences with the document and attempt to change it using the provisions provided if you wish to crown a king that is more concerned with corporate(lordships) profits and immunity from law for politicians. Good luck with that. The sheeple will finally notice if it is done legally rather than in back room meetings with lobbyists and former politicians seeking immunity from war crimes!

10. Sad to say but that's hard to refute.

Bankers are being coddled while workers (people who actually make something of value) have to bend over backwards with compromises just to even get a promise of assistance.
