I think the biggest proof that torture doesn't work is that the Taliban are now just months away from getting control of Pakistan. The ONLY Arab country with nuclear weapons. It's ABSURB that the Bush administration's biggest defense is that we haven't been attack since 9/11. SO! Losing Pakistan is a MAJOR national security failure. IDIOTS!

1. Oh, how I LOVE this little cutie blond home mama....
Edited on Sat Apr-25-09 12:26 PM by Hulk
When tony snow finally met his maker, this air head took over, and it's been heaven ever since.

She has about as much depth as "king george" himself, and she is so darn cute. Gosh, how could you be mad at the f*cktard in the White House when you have this soft spoken mama out front beating back the spineless press corps who neglected their obligation and duties for the past eight years??

I'm sure she has LOTS of words of wisdom for us to listen to and follow, "..and you know what?..". She is such a "leader" and credible source of information on world matters. Sorta like the lipstick-pig, but blond.

I think I would just as soon listen to some wine-o off Burnside Street as to give a rat's ass what this snake has to say about anything. I just love the way she pulls out mukasey, or whatever the f*ck his name is, as a person we should care about what he thinks or says.

Get a rope...and some tar and feathers while you are at it. Oh, and dana, how about some cookies and tea for the guests?

2. Perino is still a Bush/Cheney/Rove mouthpiece
Stating that Obama has made a mess of the whole thing.

Obama has done the correct thing in releasing the torture memos.

It's up to the DOJ to proceed, not President Obama.

Perino wants the meme to continue that only the President gets to dictate, frame the debate, and be The Decider: A Bush regime fuck up and abuse of Executive power and our Constitution that Obama will not allow to continue.

It's way past time to get past the transition from the BushCo/BFEE years, and the move to a transparent government, which Obama is doing.

STFU, Perino.
You are a tool.

3. I am happy to see she is getting less hot
Edited on Sat Apr-25-09 01:18 PM by TheEuclideanOne
I was really torn since she starting being the spokes person. She was the "lying sack of cute", if I can borrow a quote. One one hand, she was really hot and it made it hard to dislike what she was saying. Her press conferences could have been about throwing me in prison and I would still want to take her to bed. On the other hand, she defended some really despicable positions, so I felt so wrong. In short, it was much harder to hate her than most. I must say, though, that her hotness is fading. I don't know if I am alone in thinking that. Here is a suggestion... if Obama's numbers start going down.... Hire Jessica Simpson as his spokesperson. He could probably make guns illegal and nobody would mind if Jessica broke the news to them, especially if she was dressed up as Daisy Duke. Just my humble opinion.

9. I did notice she looks like she's aged...
...and it didn't take long, did it?

The difference is, when she was Press Secretary, her job was to mouth talking points. So she maintained a bland countenance and her wrinkles didn't show. Whereas now, she gets to say what she really thinks -- she even pointed this out to the interviewer. And when she says what she really thinks ... well, her true face shows. And it ain't nearly as purty as that bland face she presented as Press Secretary.

That's how I see it, anyway.

13. You're The Only One
I think she looks fucking great. Hotter than before, even.

It's too bad she has nothing in that cute head of hers.

4. Typical Republican thought disorders and loose associations
She is an adroit liar. After President Obama said agents wouldn't be prosecuted, Preino the liar said Obama's actions would punish agents. What a fucking asshole. She needs to be slapped down for lying.
No one cares what Republicans have to say unless it's under oath.

That should be repeated about seven thousand times a day. By everybody. Like a mantra.

15. I'll take credit
But it's not all that creative, just reality based thought.
I just responded to a right wing email with it. It works like a charm. They don't know what to say.

It was more the rapid fire debunking of disinformation that held novelty for me. Far happier living in place of truth from here on in. If the truth is love then their blatant untruths were something more darker.
