You can tell she is walking a very thin line here. She knows that any day that tape can hit the web. There is no doubt in my mind that she did in fact use the term " This conversation does not exist " when having discussions with agents of a foreign govt. Even if she was blackmailed as some have been saying, that is no excuse for her crimes. She made a choice. She was by far the most effective "Pioneer" of the 2004 Bush/Cheney re-election campaign. I hope that her and others in her "cabal" of enablers have a lot of free time to think about that and all it means come Jan 2011 if not sooner!

4. CNN soft ball treatment of story not surprising .

CNN's treatment of National Security is not a concern when it comes to Israel / AIPAC being involved on spying on the U.S. , in addition to colluding with American politicians , to commit illegal acts . Point in fact , they never included this blockbuster story in their regular news rotation and waited to the end of the day , to invite the accused criminal on to give her an opportunity to spin her defense .

You know the whole so called interview is rigged , when out of the block at the beginning of the piece they said " Jane Harman Fights Back " and includes leading softball questions by Wolf " sycophant for Israel " Blitzer , " how are you going to get back your reputation " assuming she should , assuming she's not guilty , assuming there is no trial .

Damn she played the victim card we'll , claiming on one hand not remembering the conversation with the AIPAC Agent ,( ya right ) and then knowing for sure her civil rights were violated , so why didn't she say something earlier , like she didn't know later she was wiretapped until now and just like CNN and the other cable sewage news , stopped reporting about GAZA over a month ago , said very little about AIPAC spying on the U.S. or the two convicted from AIPAC , they constantly censor , filter , or not report anything involving Israel or AIPAC . If Muslim Rep. Ellis had talked to Arab agents and was wire tapped making secret , illegal deals , you know damn well CNN , CBS would have made it a top story , screaming Arab spies colluding w/ Muslim politician .
Blitzer failed to mention 3 independent NSA employees said the tapes are real and definite crime were committed and failed to mention Roberto Gonzales participation , in Harman not being prosecuted , an obstruction of justice . CNN is a complete fraud , Blitzer is just a sycophant for Israel , AIPAC , the ADL , and by the hyped CRAIGS list story , Beauty Queen Gay marriage question & other hyped or contrived controversies , prove daily informing viewers of serious news is not on their radar screen .

She was asked several times here, but never answered it directly.

I hope the transcripts are released but I am sure there are huge obstacles that will probably prevent that from happening.

8. This does not pass the smell test.

I think she is full of it. I heard her interview today on NPR. First, Robert Sigel called her on a point she made. I believe she said she read the transcript, then Sigel pointed to the fact she wanted to read the transcript of her alleged conversation 4 years ago. Second, she was on Intell Committee. Just the way she sounded when responded to Sigels questions had alarms going off mentally. I don't believe her.
