Responding to the North Korea missile launch earlier on the day, US President Barack Obama described the action as a 'provocation' and says there is a need for immediate condemnation by the United Nations Security Council.

Footage from Obama's speech in Prague was distributed via the EU's EbS satellite service.

1. Rules must be binding. Violations must be punished. Words must mean something.

So, President Obama, how about the rules against wiretapping and torture. Should those also be binding? Should violations of those rules be punished? Do the words in the laws that require a warrant based on probable cause and that ban torture mean anything?

Why is there no action against members of the Bush administration who broke those rules?

Lest we end up living in darkness as we are told do the people of North Korea, where is the action against those in the Bush administration who broke important rules concerning human rights?
