4. I disagree with one theory of Allison's (God bless her soul)

I think Bush is standing by Gonzo in order to insulate himself, Rove and others from scrutiny. I think Bush & Co. have some plan up their sleeve to prevent further investigations once Gonzo has done his duty of "not recalling" before congress, using Gonzo as the henchman.
