is that on her show Friday, she WARNED everyone she'd be wearing glasses on the Tonight show.

she likes the glasses? (Maybe she's like me and contacts irritate her eyes so she prefers to wear glasses?) And maybe this is who she REALLY is, and how she really wants to look, as opposed to how she is made up for her TV show? Personally, I think she looked much better on Leno than she does on her show, but then I go for the casual look every time.

That's how she looks 100% of the time except whens he's on MSNBC. In all other personal appearances Ive seen her in she's dressed down, worn her sneaks and the glasses.

I am clueless why she chose to hide it on national TV.

I thought her glasses were awful, and too large for her face and her wardrobe looked like she just came in from cleaning the barn.

always seem to be too big for her. even the suits she wears on MSNBC, the tops look a size too big. I realize she doesn't wanna look girly, but even Ellen wears form flattering clothes on her show. that being said though, I think it's awesome that she felt comfortable enough with herself to just wear the clothes and glasses she likes on Leno. I'm sure people were trying to force her to dress up. but she did great. I luff her. I think she has surpassed Keith as my favorite commentator/news person/host...whatever you wanna call it. I also like how there's almost always banter now between those two, as Countdown is ending and her show is starting. Reminds me of when Jon Stewart checks in with Stephen Colbert between shows. :)

14. Rachel is Rachel. She wore the glasses so she could see.

She dressed down because that's what she likes. I like her attitude- "Screw you- I do what I like." She's not worried about what other people think.

She's gay, too, although that's really irrelevant to this conversation.

She is who she is and doesn't project a phony persona- I like that.

it doesn't matter what she wears. I wish more people would dress how they feel like dressing and stop trying to make everyone look the same-- there are enough Barbie dolls out there.
