There is no doubt that people were pissed off at the Government back then, in a magnitude that paralells what we see today.

When the government doesn't listen to it's Citizens, they develop other methods to get heard.

Apparently Ayers succeeded. Nixon was Impeached, Vietnam Ended, and real change occurred.

We are in terrible times once again, and we have the ghost of Nixon manipulating our Constitution for his benefit, not ours.

I think that preople should look at McCorpse attempt to link Ayers to today in the terms of the history of the time, and not a soundbite of somebodies past, which is really irrelevant when taken out of context.

Is McCain saying that Ayers is not rehabilitated? If not, Why? We spend immense sums of money on incarcerations, and they believe that it does no good? Why do we continue to incarcerate people then?
