Why was not Bush, our President and the Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces, not whisked away by the Secret Service at once? Why was Cheney whisked away by his own SS contingent, as one would have expected for the actual President? Why was a hijacked airplane able to attack the Pentagon a full hour after the Twin Towers were struck -- the Pentagon being one of the most heavily-defended buildings in the entire country, and therefore, in the entire world?

But apart from those and similar questions, let us never forget this one simple, indisputable fact: 9/11 HAPPENED ON GEORGE BUSH'S WATCH.

The initial explanation offered was that nose cone/fuselage of the 757 aircraft punched all the way from the E-ring wall, to the C-ring wall, to create this exit hole, the "nose cone" theory.
The structural design of the 757 is based on the structural loads of a pressurized vessel (the cabin), and the structural and aerodynamic loads from the wings, control surfaces, and the fuel. The plane is made as light as possible, and not made to handle impact loads of any kind.

This "nose cone" theory was quickly discounted as there was no significant aircraft wreckage found at the C-ring wall, nor would an aircraft impact have cut a clean hole without disturbing any of the surrounding wall. There were also support columns still standing in the flight path of the aircraft.

right out side the door of my Office
My office was in a telephone closet, I was on the contracter secruity team of the PEN REN

We were not given a traditional Office space because, so my office had a back door, when I open the door There was the whole.

The day after it happen one of the contracter guys told us that he was walking on the helipad area when the plane came in he had to lay on the ground because it came in so close.

I did take pictures of the damage, My bosses let me take lots of pictures of the damaged areas.
Unfortunately that was about 3 computers ago, I will have to fire up my old desk top and see if I still have pictures.

I don't know what the hell hit the pentagon that day. I do know It stopped right before it hit the Ring I worked in, which was the A ring. The hole was in the B ring. I was not allowed inside the Pentagon for about 2 weeks, because I was pregnant and they wanted to assure the structure would hold. I had to get premission from my doctor to enter the building, my bosses were afraid for my safety and the air a quality. There for the pictures I have are of fire damage.

I live 2 exits away from the pentagon, I have had neighbors tell me they saw a low flying plane fly over our neighborhood. It was discribed as being so low you could read the serial numbers on it

I personally never saw a plane. but I would like to know if there was no plane that hit the pentagon what happen to the people that were on the flight that was listed as hitting the pentagon?

I believe our military shot down flight 93, I just believe that because of the plane debree that was left it looked like it had been exploded
and that day my bosses said they were sending out fighter pilots because another plane was headed in out direction.

I will post the pics if I still have them. but I did have a computer that crashed and I lost most of my sons first year pictures, so I may not have pictures anymore

footage in it at the 1:32 and 1:40 mark from two different cameras that I have never seen before. was not that the RNC chose to show it - they have proven they will do anything to win. What I found scariest was the reaction of the crowd when it was over. They cheered! blank screen and sound. He knew no one needed to relive it. He concentrated instead on showing Bush's reaction in the classroom instead. 69. I remember that day as if it were yesterday.

I will never, ever forget it. I have been able to watch only one movie about 9/11, and it is a historical fiction called 11-9-01 (I highly recommend it). I can't watch news clips, memorials, videos, anything else.
I grew up in view of the Twin Towers, across the bay, every day of my life until I moved to California. I lived in a NYC bedroom community in NJ, where many, many people worked on Wall Street and in the Twin Towers. My uncle used to work way up top in the South Tower (for Morgan Stanley), my dad, in the shadows just two blocks away (for Chase). My best friend called me that morning, before 6am and told me to turn on the TV and then hung up. In my sleepy state I couldn't believe what I saw: I thought it was a thundercloud, actually. I woke up my boyfriend (now husband, also from my NJ hometown). Together, we watched the towers collapse. I thought: My uncle is dead. My dad is probably dead. Another uncle, who was NYPD, could likely be dead, if he had to go in there. My husband thought of friends who worked on Wall Street. We sat there stunned. Then the Pentagon. Where is the damned Air Force? We lived not too terribly far from an AFB, there is one in South Jersey and fighters could have made it to NYC in no time.
When I finally got through to my grandma, I learned that my uncle had been transferred to mid-town and didn't work at the Towers; my dad had made his way to meet his brother and brother-in-law and they were trying to flee the city by boat. My cop uncle was escorting shell-shocked commuters by boat to NJ to help them feel safe and to see what they knew. He lost 15 friends that day. My mom's good friend missed death by 15 minutes, because her boss told her to take her time getting to work since he was out of town: her whole floor perished. Families in my town and neighboring towns sat waiting to see if loved ones would come home. First for days, then weeks...and then,the realization that their familymembers and friends would never come home.

It fucking sickens me that anyone would try to profit from this tragedy in any way. I am bawling just writing this, because the memories are so painful and the rage that I have felt for our government since that day is palpable. I have been made to feel like a traitor because I question and do not believe their bullshit lies.

My mother voted for B*sh in 2004 out of fear. My family felt like they were reliving the Cold War, fearful of nuclear attacks because they were so close to NY. I understood it, but didn't buy it and I have finally gotten through to some of my family. My uncle retired from the NYPD. My dad was petrified to cross bridges or go through tunnels for months. I wouldn't fly, so I drove cross country and skipped my grandma's funeral rather than get on a plane. But we were lucky because nobody died in our family, and it could have been so bad for us. Our psyches were the only things that took a blow on that day.

When I worked in Manhattan, I used to switch to the uptown subway at the WTC. I was living in DC on 9-11 and the first time I went back to NY after that and saw that hole in the skyline from my old block in NJ was more than I could bear. I haven't been back since and I don't know if I ever will.
