What the fuck does he know about being a troop and searching? The last time he was in charge of searching anything he was looking for a shit-stained toilet plunger in New York City, and you know how easy to find those are.

RUMSFELD skipped the securing of the munitions, in order to wage his blitzkreig war, RUMSFELD ( or any qualified Secretary of Defense should know, otherwise they're not qualified) knew it would lead to a much more effective insurgency, RUMSFELD gave away the ammo that kills or maims our troops every day. RUMSFELD declined to spend money on body armor for our troops to defend themselves against the blasts of munitions stolen from these unguarded depots. RUMSFELD went to war with not the Army he had, but the Army he wanted, which was much smaller than necessary.

RUMSFELD is the SINGLE BIGGEST REASON why Iraq was a failure from the moment the first tank crossed into Iraq.
