presumably, this lady never takes advantage of any government services.

Also, she hasn't noticed that McCain is in favor of continuing to waste our money on an expensive, unnecessary war, which will cause us to have to pay those awful taxes forever.

How else can you convince people that somehow you are going to get rid of their taxes and even though you have actually raised their taxes since your savior Reagan paid much lipservice to doing the opposite these people still line up to dutifully vote for you. Amazing.

Or maybe people such as herself who want "no new taxes" can sign away their rights to medicare and any and all social programs. May be she can give up her right to representation in congress and even a fair trial? And we don't have to check her food for e. coli or worry about her water and air quality. I am a tiny business person, trying to survive. I pay more in Federal Taxes, as a percentage of my income than the wealthy do. Also I pay 14.5 % for Workman's Compensation and General Liability. The Wealthy do not pay as much of a share of their income in Federal Taxes that the lower end Business People do. We pay more. I pay app. 37% of my income in Federal Taxes. I read somewhere that the Rich pay an average of 22%. The Rich are filled with a bunch of liers. They are not paying their fair share.

11. I think the definitions of "extremely wealthy" and "middle class" is where most of the debate lies.

The oversimplification of just saying - no new taxes in no way makes sense. Ever? On anyone? If you think the upper class is bearing an equal tax burden as compared to the the working poor, the working class, the middle class, and even the upper middle class then I guess you can agree with her. And you may also need some medication for delusional thinking.
