I don't think she's ditzy at all - I think she's sharp and informed and delivering it in a tongue in cheek manner. I think the butt of the joke is our administration and the goings on -- not her.

that I will never get back.

In all fairness, this is the first time I have ever watched/listened to this woman. Maybe some of her other material is good... don't know, this piece is all I am basing my limited opinion of her commentary on. So rather than telling me sitting here telling you what I think of her as a stereotypical spokesperson for any distinction of people on this planet, I'll sum up what her job is and how well she does it.

She read a few headlines in the news and tried to perform a poor satire of the parties involved. As for "ditzy," she is obviously "in character"... the same style of character that has been re-hashed so many times over the past two decades that the status quo for news is that the audience must now be entertained into understanding the news.

To say that this lady is "sharp and informed" on current events is an overstatement, to say the least. Anyone can read a headline and make a joke about it. She has a very superficial understanding of supreme court rulings, world events and the fact that understanding a 4 billion year old event of interstellar relationships do play a role in understanding how the universe works.

If her job is to report the news, she isn't doing it very well in 4 minutes. If her job is to be a comedian, she's not very funny (in my opinion). If her job is to somehow merge these two jobs into one... it's been done too many times prior to her attempts, and done better.

24. I don't consider offering a public service announcement

to be a waste of my time. If five people read my critique of this garbage, I have given 20 minutes of productivity back to the betterment of society.

This is a free country. You are entitled to enjoy whatever it is that makes you happy. Some people are just not comfortable in attempting to seek out frontal lobe stimulus, I've read about this syndrome and it's not totally incurable.

My comment was not to shit on your parade of three people, it was meant to serve as a the seat protector for others to not waste their time on this garbage.
