Fitz found out they had Tapes recorded in the Briefing Room of the White House
(Surprise kinda like the Nixon tapes)
Jury sat back and watched the Scooter show

Helped show Scooters state of mind at the time ...Motive Motive Motive

Revelation that there is a secret indictment presented by the Grand Jury

and Deborah Bond of the FBI Counter Espionage Unit
testified about scooters interview on when he first learned of Plame working for the CIA
Scooter told her Cheney told him

but he forgot he initially told her Tim Russert told him

Perjury Obstruction of Justice and Code 18 Espionage is being tossed around
