5. I wonder if Fitzgerald by any chance has Roberts under sealed indictment.

He attempted to interfere in the investigations. I think that would be grounds for an investigation by the Senate Ethics Committee, censure and expelling him from office.

However, Roberts quit the senate intel committee once the dems took control.
Also Rockefeller said that Cheney was always in contact w/ Roberts trying to
keep the pre war intel secret.

Although both the pre war intel that the Senate intel committee kept hidden
and the attack on Joe Wilson/Plame have the same overall idea behind them ....
lying to get us into a war and keeping that fact hidden.

They have a sworn duty to defend the Costitution. Impeachment is the weapon we gave them to fulfill that oath when the attack comes from within.

Impeachment has been a moral imperative for years.

Bush and Cheney demonstrate their willful intent to nullify the Constitution when they assert the fascist fantasy of a "unitary authoritarian executive" that can break the law at its whim.

In their attack on the Constitution, Bush and Cheney are blatantly committing grave violations of law that go far beyond impeachable. They have committed crimes that are subject to the penalty of death. Namely, war crimes under U.S. Code (Title 18 section 2441) and international law and the Anti-Terrorism Act (Title 18, Section 844 paragraph e. Bomb Threat -- "mushroom clouds in 45 min").

In addition, they violate the sanctity of our civil rights with their criminal spying operation (Title 50, Section 1805).

I get the feeling that Levin wants some of the more egregious distortions de-classified so that the public will know. Maybe I'm wrong though.
