This is a good reminder of why all Democrats must come out in droves and vote for whatever candidate is chosen. This from an Obama supporter who is sickened by what the MSM has unfairly milked and prodded and painted out of Rev. Wright controversy. And saddened by Hillary's enthusiasm in mirroring them. My opinion of her has fallen further and faster than any politician I can remember, but she is vastly superior to another four years of constitutional rape and war.

Half of us will just have to hold our noses if we have to and VOTE in November. We are not voting for H or O we are voting for the country! And to prevent another Scalia from being appointed.

8. Can we impeach a justice who so obviously doesn't care about the law?

This guy's dangerous, and surely having such disrespect for the law is grounds for an impeachment hearing. Surely his bullying of Thomas (according to people who work there) and the other justices and his rulings on torture and Bush v Gore (even to the point of getting basic law stuff wrong on it--where the hell did he go to law school?!) would all be grounds for impeachment.
