I actually remember this storyline. He was the first gay teen on a soap. It was a well done story at the time and frankly a gutsy role to take as Leno inadvertently pointed out. If you go to the video you can find other ones of his role on that soap. BTW the very last lines of this video are close to the most powerful of his run on that show. One can hope Leno has learned his lesson, somehow I doubt it.
