George W. Bush: Labor Enemy #1
http://www.youtube.com/user/woodsong100

For all my union brothers and sisters out there, and anyone else who considers themselves the common man or woman, this is a link to my You Tube video "Goodbye George". I'm a proud, longtime member of the American Postal Workers Union. I've been a member of three different unions in my lifetime. Hope it strikes a chord for some of you.

I sincerely am proud of what labor did in this election. Putting $450 million into getting dems elected and putting millions of volunteer hours into getting a filibuster proof majority. Now we have 59 senators, a president and about 256 house members. Imagine what 8 years can achieve if we use it right. We need EFCA and if the GOP resists we need to force it down their throat, even if dems have to resort to trickery to do it. You can avoid a filibuster by tacking EFCA onto a budget bill

Senate rules prohibit a filibuster when passing a federal budget. So if we can't get 1 or 2 GOP senators to turn (Specter seems like a good candidate, but he may balk in the 111th congress) just tack EFCA onto the federal budget of 2010 and pass it with 51+ votes. Fuck the neocons, force it down their throats. We need EFCA to make sure the next 25 years aren't like the last, where about 90% of the fruits of economic growth and higher productivity goes to corporations and the top 10%.
