5. I think it actually causes a deficit
but of course, Reagan proved deficits don't matter, so everything is ok. :)

I would frankly prefer one with Caesar's image on it.

That would, of course, be the Sid Caesar.

Reagan's image (like *'s image) is more suited to some sort of whack-a-mole type game, or as a perky pattern for toilet paper or a decorator garbage can.
