6. Easily. I was just noticing how membership has grown just

since the threat to bomb Iran. DU gets man-on-the-street referrals, too.
I just gave one to the pharmacist who fills my prescriptions.

He asked me how I was feeling. I said I was a little tense
about the way the world is going. He asked me what I'd like
to talk about and I said, tentatively,
that I think the bush administration is nervewracking.
He had an anti-bush tantrum that lasted at least 5 full minutes, and there were other people in the area, not to mention surveillance cameras.
As I was leaving he held up his most recent copy of
the Guardian and I said, "Go online and check out democratic underground."
