Bush's 'shake-up' is NOTHING but a act of desperation

Scotty had to go because with the coming indictments, he has too much of a record that would contradict the facts (documented lies). This is a strategy to run from their lies.

As I suspected, he didn't WANT to resign. He was forced.

http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1185015,00.html

Rove's new positioning is another move to distance the chimp from the political fall-out of his coming indictment.

And, they are trying (and failing) to create the illusion of change. In reality, they are changing nothing.

They won't withdraw troops from Iraq.

They won't rescind their tax cuts to the wealthy.

They won't stop suppressing civil liberties and human rights.

To have even a SMALL effect, they would need to sacrifice a marquee name: Rumsfeld or even Rice. But, that is NEVER going to happen. So, Bush's handlers are forced to move a few people around & drop a couple of people most people have never even heard of....(I bet the majority of American people probably don't even know Scotty boys name as a household word).

John Snowe may be next (gasp).

Who the hell is John Snowe? (Correct answer, treasury secretary!)

4. The thing about Snowe that is interesting... is that they have been
looking to dump him for awhile - but can't find anyone willing to take the job - or so the scuttle goes...

5. Yes, but haven't you heard?
BUSH IS THE DECIDER.. sounds just like more comic book crap, dobadders, etc..

"Other oft-mentioned possible replacements for McClellan are Dan Senor, former chief spokesman for the Coalition Provisional Authority and senior adviser to L. Paul Bremer III, who was the senior civilian administrator in Iraq;"

Now HERE'S a Scary GUY, Senor is PURE SLIME, he's very dangerous, hypnotic with his monotony, if they ever called PRESIDENT (I like being able to actually say or type that without vomit in my mouth, a REAL PRESIDENT) Clinton "Slick" as in Slick WIllie, that would make Senor JIFFY LUBE..

I'm worried that if they stick SENOR in that position that there may be a lot of shorting out going on in the building, all that water from reporters immediately SHOWERING after being in the same room with this SCUM, with all that water running out and over the cables as the Press Scrubs furiously, trying to get the ICK off of them from whatever comes out of this scumbag's rothole..

I wouldn't be surprised to find out this guy was some sort of serial killer (which of course he is, having been in charge of hiding the bodies and money for Bremer while In Iraq), and very strangely kinky death dealing..

Perfect job, replace Puffy McMoonface's "Aw shucks, please don't hurt me, I'm a bad liar" with a COLD BLOODED PSYCHOPATH.

But of course Senor is a "DECIDER" as well, tho not the BIG or HEAD DECIDER..

Wonder if Bush drinks Hard Apple deCIDER in the Winter when his meds aren't kicking in.. :)

9. They are OUT of control.

But, they still want to maintain the ILLUSION that they are in control.

7. I see this as synonymous with placing a band-aid
over a stab wound.

8. We shouldn't get excited about this.
Bush has simply spent six years delaying the day people bring up the word "desperation" for his administration. Its arrival was inevitable, and its meaning, insignificant. Desperation in and of itself changes nothing. (Which is mentioned in the original post.)
