Poll question: How smart or dumb is the "average" Republican voter ?
Edited on Sat Apr-15-06 03:39 PM by kentuck
Of course, we know that the "average" Democrat is probably pretty close to the same IQ level as the "average" Republican, but it does stretch the imagination to say that Bob Dole would have been a better President than Bill Clinton...or that George W Bush is a smart man and a really good President and that you would vote for him again if you could? With that in mind:

4. They are dumb because they are controlled by the
primitive part of the brain--that part left over from the reptile point in our evolution. Lizard brains. They are easily manipulated by appeals to their base emotions.

5. I really think calling them dumb is the wrong terminology.
I don't think they're all dumb, but they have totally different priorities!

For some it's religion.

For some it MONEY.

For some, it's a mistaken notion that Dems will take their guns!

10. One has to be pretty gullible
to believe Dems want to take their guns, or their bibles, as Rs wanted West Virginians to believe in the last cycle. I swear, Republican operatives must get a charge out of convincing people to believe such outrageous narratives. I nearly fell out of my chair when hearing of the recent Spanish language radio spot accusing Dems of being anti-immigrant.

18. When the "average voter"
votes for what's personally best for themselves and for America as well, I can't consider that dumb. But I consider the average voter who blindly believes in the Republican's rhetoric, their spin, their smears, and their unsubstantiated allegations without checking the facts first, far far far away from dumb. They are down right dangerous!

right now. There should be a continiuous protest vigil of thousands of people in DC with replacements every four hours and we should be standing there until Bush either steps down or brings our children home from Iraq.

I am convinced that the only thing that will get the people in the street is a DRAFT!
