As the * admin falls on it's ass - Make Sure you LINK the GOP to the mess
I want you to take a page out of the Republican playbook that has done well for them, As we watch the Bush administration fall on it's ass, I want you to also do your best to throw the whole REPUBLICAN PARTY under the bus then them.

When you speak about it, say "... Bush, and the Republicans that have allowed him to opperate unchecked,..." or something to that effect.

In short, as the Republicans work to put distance between Bush and the GOP, we need to make sure that they stay connected at the hip. The unwillingness of this GOP Congress to do ANY oversite on Bush and the Gang makes then just as guilty.

So I ask, as you speak about it to friends, as you post about it here and elsewhere or blog about it on a site, MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS TIE BUSH AND THE GOP

1. Do you mean the way they were a Rubber-Stamp for Bush's policies
and there wasn't a damn thing that the Repukes passed that George W. Bush decided it was worth vetoing? (well, maybe Harriet Miers . . . but he conned her into stepping aside . . .)

4. Rubber Stamp Yes, But Also TOTAL LACK OF OVERSITE.
The Congress as a duty to run oversite over the Executive. This GOP led Congress (Notice I make sure that the GOP is linked to this failure of Congress) as not done anything to do it's duty. Where was the real investigation on the Wiretaps, what about this GOP approval of the Plame case. Lies to go into Iraq. Fact it, if this was a Democratic Pres, this GOP Congress would be all over them like white on rice.

Congress could have sent a clear message to Bush, but choose to do NOTHING and by doing so, they have blood on thier hands, we just need to keep pointing it out.

It is all about the message within the message. Our message is, Bush and the GOP are connected at the hip. If Bush did it, the GOP had to know about it. The GOP APPROVED everything Bush did by not doing anything...

All about the message in the message.

2. Dead on
They are going to try to walk away from Bush - i mean really, it's the only sensible thing they can do - but we have to keep them from doing it. They can't really claim to be innocent bystanders.

3. YES!!! Call all republicans "BUSH REPUBLICANS" - it does 2 big things:
- puts the candidate in the position of either criticizing bushco and its policies, or embracing the regime - they will squirm

- natinoalizes local and state (US Rep and Senate) races

at the minimum, every reublican running for office should be labeled so, repeatedly and incessantly
