3. I can't help, but I have a question about ZoneAlarm
for all the knowledgeable people reading this. :)

I like it, I use the Anti Virus function and I have never had a virus (in two years) yet some people have told me it's worthless. What is your opinion?

4. I use it also
and I have used others. I like it. I don't understand it all the time and have to spend time trying to learn what it is trying to tell me but I do like it. No viruses, no spyware.

8. It's a trojan, here's info & how to get rid of it from Symantic
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.alemod.html

You can also try automatted removal tool that's suggested here at a McAfee help site: http://forums.mcafeehelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=65072

You also could try running TrendMicro's Housecalls online.. they may have a way to auto remove it for you. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Good Luck
