Today Show had a 3-part series about God this week. Then, there's the Judas Gospel. Then, there's the
"Jesus Walked On Ice" story. Then, the History Channel has their usual Jesus drivel airing nightly.
The DaVinci code about to be released. CNN spends hours recalling the death of JPII a year ago.

And Easter is still a whole week and a half away.

So, let's see: * poll #s are in the crapper; he's identified as a leaker of classified info; Iraq is
a shitstorm; debt ceiling raised to $9TRILLION. Diversion needed: play the Jesus card! Remind
all of those good Americans that it's all god's plan for their lives!

And, just to make sure Americans remember that they're living in Jesus Country, remind them
that it could all go to shit if those dirty furrin immigrants are allowed to gain citizenship (subtext:
those Mexicans are all Catholics, and Catholics aren't enlightened like evangelical Protestants).

Just when the country starts to realize what a fuck-up bush is, we're reminded that he's
a "true believer"...and, since all of these stories MUST prove that Jesus existed and was
the true SOG, well, then we better cut * some slack, shouldn't we?
