The Stay-the-Course poster boy? I haven't heard this before. Perhaps he has seen the light about Lord of The Chimps?

1. I doubt it
He could be someone who keeps the name on his voting card for old times' sake. From what he says, he doesn't seem progressive at all.

7. So do I and when anyone even mentions his name
I always say aloud "FUTK"...

Many people in the USA are registered as Dems, but don't vote for them.

3. He may be registered as one but his donations don't show it.

4. Yes he is
http://www.boston.com/news/globe/living/articles/2004/07/23/hes_not_afraid_to_speak_out_for_his_country/

......

But Keith has a confession to make.

"People don't realize that I'm a registered Democrat," he says. "They automatically assume that I'm a chest-banging, war-drum-pounding Republican with my military stance."

.......

9. He may agree with domestic issues
but when his most vocal stance is GET R DONE in Iraq, it's kind of hard to think otherwise.

11. Aren't he and Franken buds from the USO? Or is that someone else?
I knew there was a country singer who supported Bush but who also became pretty good friends with Al Franken during one of his USO tours.

13. You are thinking of Darryl Worley
"Have you forgotten?" which is about 9/11 but was twisted due to the timing as being a song about 9/11 and Iraq-it wasn't.

14. I think you're thinking of Darryl Worley.
He's been on Franken's show a few times and was on the USO tours with him.

17. He is just an oppurtunist. He took that 90% Bush approval rating
, turn the middle east to glass, pro-war post 911 bandwagon and humped it all the way to the bank. Who knows if he actually cares but it sure made him a wad of cash.
