The estimates for the final tab on the Iraq war if we get out in the next 2 or 3 years is expected to be anywhere from 400 Billion to over 2 Trillion.

My question is this.......if the Iraq war had never happened....and we could spend that money anyway we wanted (other than on ourselves personally)......how would you spend it?

My top 5 picks in no particular order are:

1. Health care for all in America.
2. Help for those suffering with AIDS in Africa.
3. Help for those starving around the world....Niger springs to mind.
4. Environment
5. Overpopulation
