Edited on Tue Mar-28-06 04:08 PM by RamboLiberal
They're definitely losing key demo viewers - in Prime Time they were down 29% in that key demo age that advertisers look at while MSNBC +27%. CNN also was down -23%. In total viewers Faux lost -8% while MSNBC gained +15% and CNN -14%.

10. I don't care WHO they replace Rita with! Almost ANYONE would
be at least listenable!!!! I can't make it past 30 seconds of her voice!

I'd love to see Sonahue back, but he is getting pretty old, isn't he? Maybe he'd rather not get involved in the hasstle of a daily show!

18. Even my son who was visiting shortly after she took that job asked
"Does she ALWAYS sound like that? Geesh, how'd she get a job in TV?

I don't know what the problem is, and I almost feel like I'm picking on a disabled person when I say "I just can't listen to her!"

I think we all should have known, when they hired somebody from FOX, we were going to be disappointed!!!!

21. I don't care for her sound but it's the faux inspired attitudes
that creep me out. If msrnc would try an all truth line up, they'd find out how it feels to become the true giant of cable/sat talking hairdos.

Faux is unapologetic in it's role as propaganda mouthpiece whereas MSNBC STILL masks it's role as BushCo enablers. Both are equally corrupt. They BOTH serve BushCo. Olbermann's presence only slightly mitigates MSNBC's overall bias.

8. Howard Stern has been talking up Olbermann's show - wonder if it's helping
since 25-54 is a big demo for Stern.

if they hired a full-time intern to make sure he takes his meds every day before his show.

16. Tweety in trouble? Nah
His boss said (without any substantiation) that Tweety's appearances were okey-dokey with NBC because Tweety donates all the proceeds from his speeches to charity. I don't know if the charity is The United Way, the Red Cross, or the Help Tweety Afford a Second Yacht Fund, but we are assured that every dime goes to charity.

And I'm sure Tweety doesn't declare the donations on his Schedule A, making a totally altruistic gesture, not reducing his taxable income or his tax burden by one penny. Yeah. Right.

26. Tweety hairball's real trouble is that his numbers do not
reflect the rising tide of msrnc, generally. They could claim my allegiance by senting to fox-hairball, rita and the little prick with a bow tie. Also, that attractive, miniscule brained, r/w shill reporter. Revulsion has induced me to draw a blank on her name, but her ugly idiocy paints an indelible picture.
