Texas Pulled DeLay's concealed weapons permit
Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay has lost his right to carry a concealed handgun in Texas, RAW STORY has learned.

A Texas website, Brazosriver, was the first (to the knowledge of RAW STORY) to post a judge's order to suspend DeLay's license. Under Texas law, indicted felons are not allowed to carry concealed handguns.

That hate filled ass shouldn't have been allowed to carry a gun in the first place. I have to say that I agree with Texas' decision in this case 100%

2. This particular "activist judge" just got put on the
short shit list that the Repugs keep, no doubt.
We CANNOT uphold the law for elected REpubs. I guess he didn't get the memo.:sarcasm:

4. Anytime you are currently accused of a crime
you cannot whatsoever even have a weapon. Not supposed to according to the bond or probation directs it....
