Gore is my President.
I love General Clark, I know, he is one one the greatest Americans, I really KNOW.

America Wrote A BAD Check In 2000. And it is coming due.

Mr Gore, he EARNED his degrees - Bush's daddy bought his, clearly, a fact.

I WANT GORE!!!!

This country is in a dificult time, I want a smart guy to figure this one out.

That means GORE,

Joe

Or just wait until he implodes himself.

14. Well, I AM picky and I could go along with any of these!
Or Feingold/Clark or Feingold/Edwards or I could go for Clark/Feingold. I did have a dream not too long ago about Feingold going into the WH!

11. Gore will lead us into electoral disaster.
So will Kerry. They had their chance and fell short. Hillary is the only candidate that would be worse.

Clark is da man. Impeccable national security credibility. No baggage of lost elections and trying for redemption. No messianic hopes of being the FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT. All of which will impede the race. Intelligence, experience, gravitas, and hell, yes, charm and looks for the superficial among us.

The only Dem candidate with a chance in 2008.

Clark is DA MAN!!

12. excuse me...fell short? the man WON, of course, Kerry did too..
the only think that's holding me back from wanting Gore, is I know they're on their way to stealing presidency number 3 and I don't want Gore to go through that again. DUMP DIEBOLD!

15. Riiight!!
That's why President Gore got us into Iraq, and President Kerry is so aggressively pursuing it.:sarcasm: No doubt President Kerry will soon :nuke: Iran.

"Winning" is assuming the office of President. Not getting the most popular votes. They either couldn't, or chose not to, do what it took to win.

Look, I'm just saying that regardless of the justice of their claim to the Presidency, they did not take the office, they didn't "win", and that baggage will affect their run in a negative manner. We don't need to handicap the Repukes that much. Time for a fresh face:

Clark.

20. Who knows?
If so, it hardly matters who we nominate, does it?

Still, my opinion is, with Gore, Kerry, or Hillary as nominee, they won't have to.

But if they are nominated, I'll support them just like I would Clark. After all, I could be wrong.

Peace.

21. Peace to you also...funny, we believe the exact opposite...I think
ANYONE would beat Smirky right now, if we had a fair election....alas, that seems to be a pipe dream. Sad.

22. Well, probably anybody COULD beat Smirky.
But Smirky ain't running. And if our campaign is run against Smirky, we will lose. Because he ain't running. That is just one of the reasons Clark is the best candidate. I don't think he has either the historical or emotional investment in beating Bush that Kerry, Gore, or even Clinton do. He won't be as easily distracted from the real goal. He won't make the mistakes that people thinking with their guts make.

But that's kist my opinion.

23. my take on Gore...
I know two freeper-types (long-time friends of the family, so I can't avoid them as much as I'd like to) and there's only one name that causes them to ooze poison and hatred.

It isn't Hillary, it isn't Bill, it isn't Kennedy, it isn't Feingold, it isn't Boxer, it isn't Clark - it's Gore. They go into an absolute frenzy over him. He's the only Democrat they truly fear. The rest of them they mock and dismiss.

Good enough for me. Gore in '08!
