2. I saw Fred Barnes in an interview in which he approved of bypassing

the FISA courts.
The interviewer asked if he'd feel the same if Hillary was pres.
He quickly repiled that "that's different".
He followed up by saying that he was "kidding of course", then answered only that "Hillary wont be president", avoiding the question entirely.

All the wing-nuts will have a much lower tolerence to current policy in 2009.
