The cops can easily plant evidence with unannounced black bag secret searches. Not only soes it doom the subject to endless trouble, it probably dooms the case, cuz any defense attorney could blow it open on chain of evidence concerns.

This new story is dynamite--on Olbermann's web site tonight, some magazine tomorrow (can't remember which)

and we've known about the warrantless stuff for months.
