Here is what I wrote to my Senators this Monday morning.......

Dear Senator

I hope you will support this censure when it comes to the Senate floor. The President has purposely chosen to lie to the American people and violate our Constitutional rights over and over again. There have always been procedures in place for eavesdropping on people who were a true threat and they didn’t violate our Constitutional rights either. So please support this censure.

Please be assured my future votes will be directly tied to how you vote on this one issue.

A liberal Democrat and potential White House contender is proposing censuring President Bush for authorizing domestic eavesdropping, saying the White House misled Americans about its legality.

The resolution says the president "repeatedly misled the public" before the disclosure of the NSA program last December when he indicated the administration was relying on court orders to wiretap terror suspects inside the U.S.
