Can you imagine?? A man on C-Span today, sorry that this is so poorly sourced, but he said that when the wars are included, we are going to spend 690 BILLION DOLLARS ON DEFENSE THIS YEAR!!! C

Good Lord, how did this happen?? He said that this is the first time defense spending increased for 5 years in a row, and that the percentage is highest since 1946. The corporations WANT war, as it makes them richer than God, and the military is certainly accomodating them. I just heard Hannity and Newt Gingrich talking about how we must consider "very aggressive action" against Iran. It's on, people, we just haven't gotten an official notification yet.

He was on Washington Journal, I think it was the 11AM to Noon hour.

Hannity and Gingrich are the canaries in the coal mine, and for a few weeks, they have been talking about the necessity of doing this, to get their listeners comfortable with the idea. Usual propaganda words used:

"Bush is the right man in the right place at the right time."

and:

"We need to defeat evil wherever we find it."
