2. Benefits have already been cut ever since Reagan

At one time benefits were figured on the last five years of your employment which at one time in this country WERE your highest earning years. Then with all the Reagan era downsizing it was changed to the highest five of ANY of your earning years. NOW, and I don't know when this was done, I suspect under Bush I or under a Republican Congress after 1994, it is based on the AVERAGE of ALL your earning years, so even those years you were 18 and 19 and delivering pizzas part time are averaged in with your best years and with your Bushonomics downsized and outsourced years !! It will be so obvious now if they cut again in some underhanded fashion that yes truly, yet ANOTHER BUSH blew up social security somewhere in IRAQ.
