Boston is not too far from lower Vermont. NYC and Boston should be less then a 4 hour drive.

7. I know - I know - I live here and drive the NYS throughway/MA Pike

through that area frequently. But I do not get up to Vermont that often despite its proximity.

For those of you not in the NE - Vermont is a small, mountainous (hilly by Rocky Mts. standards) with not a lot of interstaes etc. Small wind-y roads and small country towns.

I am thinking 2.5 hours but that depends on the roads, where the school is actually located with respect to "major" roads etc.

BTW- almost exactly 4 hours from where I live to NYC area.
