Looking for a new internet server - anybody know anything
about Nationwide? or have any other recommendations?

(I am in rural Arizona if that matters - has to be dial-up, unless it's REALLY cheap satellite, heh heh)

1. I always try to find a local provider, especially if you are on dial-up.
that usually means that some real live person is actually around to help if you should have problems. good luck.

5. I agree - mine was local originally. They have been bought and sold
a bunch of times and now they are saying I can't use the same domain name for my e-mail. That company above (nationwide) has a program for keeping the email and they are actually less than I am paying now - but they seem to be located in Texas - wonder if they are "red"?

2. Check into this one:
http://www.indylink.org/

I used to use their local service here in Western NC. This is a non-profit progressive organization based in Asheville, NC. I haven't used their national service, but I can certainly vouch for them as good people to do business with.
