If he reads the house right and doesn't get hives he could be okay. If the moon is wrong and his shoes hurt and expectations are too high he could die out there. Why is CNN asking an unknowable?
7. I think they mean judging by what you think his material "content"
might be based on.
There was an interesting comment made on Real Time last night when they were discussing the Oscars about how Stewart has actually turned out to be the perfect choice. Since blivet's** numbers are tanking, anything Stewart says can probably be embraced by 70% of the population or more.
I can't see how he can tank really ... expecially with the crowd that shows like this are geared toward ... especially this year. Rightwingers are vowing not to watch because it is nothing but one big "homo" show anyway. I heard that comment of Hannity's radio show a few weeks ago and they were all calling for a boycott of the show.
We need to show up to watch in numbers that will boost the ratings for this show and keep them from "making any impact at all" on his approval ratings.
9. He'll knock 'em dead primarily because his audience WANTS ...
... exactly what he has to offer: an intelligent, erudite, well-informed puncturing of the pomposity and pretense of the right. They'll be very supportive of his brand of humor, methinks.
