I just caught about 15 minutes of it...but did he seem totally in awe and admiration of the way the Shiek's of the Desert live?

Did he seem to be kind of "out of it?" What was he there to talk about?

11. Which was when I stopped buying it.
But C-Span uses it as an example of a liberal magazine when it's actually neo-conservative with some cultural interests.

2. Pushing the propaganda
basically trying to say things are better in Iraq now that Saddam is gone. he drove me nuts with all his ummmmms and ahhhhs.

great caller called him on it. Said she watches IWT and Link and they show reporters talking to Iraqi's on the ground, and they want us out. She said none of the news channels in US dare to show the truth.

Whaaa the King isn't responsible to the people...or do the callers find Scotty so useless they figure the Press shouldn't even bother.

13. That was a different segment
but certainly a disturbing one. Funny that there is talk about not televising the press briefings now that the media is finally showing some backbone. I didn't see the freeps whining when the media was parroting the Bushco talking points leading up to the war. Fucking hypocrites.

8. I would say what I think about The New Republic and their darlings
the DLC, but my buddy, the DLC anti defamation league personified (mr B) will be here to call me some nasty names and rain invective on "progressives" in general.

So suffice it to say they are lame! Lawrence, their Senior Editor, is lame, their proponents are lame, LAME!
