1. How do they transport oil today?

First, they need access to the oil contracts. I think that's what the Iraq war was all about. Second, they need a way to transport it. Maybe they figured that the UAE would get the transportation contracts, while they landed the oil contracts?

Now understand a couple of things which are totally without merit - oficially, this is for entertainment purposes only...

Years ago I read this conspiracy thing on the web. It was far reaching and included UFOs and stuff, so we're starting off here, rather than stick "Capitol Hill Blue" at the very end, OK?

But this document (it wasn't a webpage, the web wasn't that big at the time. It was distributed on newgroups, but is probably on the web somewhere) outlined how the Bush family controlled offshore oil rigs and that the ships which came to and from were otherwise inspected as imports. I don't know about any of this, OK?

Anyway, it said that (and this was before W was on the political map) Bush had drugs the drugs dropped off at the oil rigs, then picked them up and taken to shore. This was about the time that the CIA was accused of selling drugs to the inner city? As you may recall, Bush Sr. was head of the CIA once.

So, as the story goes, this group of wealthy Republicans justified the whole thing as a matter of "letting the strong survive, and weeding out the weak" - something like that.

Now, if you google "bush drugs oil rigs" you'll come up with a lot of stuff...
