It's a "Win/Win" situation for them
After reading in detail the Sonoma State University report on the Global Domination Group, it is clear to me that anything is possible with the Bush organized crime group.

They may not have been the architects of 9/11, but I am convinced they willfully ignored a significant amount of intelligence, both by foreign and domestic intelligence agencies, to further their Machiavellian agenda of world dominance through an integrated and all power consuming military industrial complex, as Ike had warned about.

A 2000 report put out by the PNAC stated that ..."The process of transformation...(A Pax Americana) is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event, such as a new Pearl Harbor."

Well, the hard line Neocons got what they wanted. The progress of their global domination policy grew exponentially as a result of 9/11. I know this is a horrible thing to say, but it served their purpose well.

My point is this: It seems to me that for the Bush administration, it is a win/win situation, or I'm sure they think in these terms. For if we do not have another attack, they, (the neocon leadership) can say, "Look, we were right. We needed to have the Patriot Act after all. We needed a 30 percent increase in the defense budget. See now, how we have been able to protect you?"

And if, god forbid, we we do have another catastrophic act of terrorism here, then they can say, "We need more authority. We need stronger, more restrictive provisions in the Patriot Act. We need more defense money. Damn the social programs. The boogie man has landed on our shores again, and we must be willing to sacrifice everything to stop the evildoers."

And what's to stop them? Well I hope it is people like my two sisters, who haven't a clue and like it that way. There are millions of them out there who are afraid of the truth, who don't really want to know. These are unfortunately the same masses of people who allowed Hitler to rise to power. It is, I think, these millions of Americans who need to wake up, to make the difference and put a stop to this madness.

1. They'll wake up when we're already gone.
They'll wake up long after we've already been put in concentration camps built in case of "national emergencies."

3. They don't want to protect us from hurricanes.
That is not on their "to do" list.

4. Neither was protecting us from 911.
It still shoots their credibility in the face.

6. Unfortunately for us, as was proven this week, credibility is
only a mild concern to the republican leaders. Really, what do they care, when they have total control? They take a little heat for a few days, then the press moves on to another scandal. How conveeeenyent!

5. "They may not have been the architects of 9/11" . . .
the operative word is "may" . . . because they just as easily may HAVE been the architects, operating either by themselves or in collusion with others . . . SOMEONE had the access and the wherewithal to plant the explosives that took down the WTC towers -- and I doubt very much that it was a group of amateur Arab pilots with limited resources . . .

7. As long as the Democrats protect us from Cheney.. He hasn't shot anyone
now for over eight days. They are as successful as the Republicans in protecting Americans..
