New photographic evidence from Vice President Cheney's shooting of Harry Whittington reveals what could be the reason for an alleged cover-up of the incident.

The image above shows Cheney at the exact moment of the shooting while using a top secret umbrella weapon developed by the Pentagon. The delay in alerting the White House and the press, sources say, was due to an effort to hide the existence of the weapon.



"Do I know about the umbrella gun?" Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told reporters Monday, "Not sure. Do I think the vice president used the umbrella gun to shoot that guy in the face? You tell me. Do I question the vice president's choice of a purple top hat and monocle as hunting regalia? Maybe."

Congressional insiders say that a 1985 bill banning the development of the umbrella gun was attached to a bill banning cop-killer bullets. Cheney was one of 21 Congressmen to vote against the bill.
