2. A water-boarding good fun time.

I noticed one of the photos looked like it was just taken following a water-boarding session, given the plastic tarp covered in small beads of water. Nice.

From what I've read, water-boarding is a pentagon approved 'interrogation technique'. Really though, it's tantamount to a "mock execution". What is done is a person is strapped to an inclined board (with the feet above the head), face up. Then, plastic is wrapped around the face and water is poured over the body. The plastic, of course, prevents breathing - and the natural instinct is for people to open their mouth and try to suck in air. With the water running over the body and face, it gives the person the sensation of drowning.

CIA officers who subjected themselves to this technique (like police officers who taze each other, to see what it feels like), lasted an average of 14 seconds before demanding it be stopped.
