Been there w/the moving - you're right, not a good time at all! We have the same kind of thing going on @ here, pricing families right out of the neighborhoods. Wonder if these upscale buyers have given any thought as to just where their housekeepers, etc are going to live if it keeps up. I've already warned 2 of my clients that they are at risk of having to build me a little cottage out back if the prices keep skyrocketing! W/all my kiddoes! :yoiks: :rofl:

and as far as moving, yeah, it's real 'fun'. We've been in this park for 7 years and are BUYING out home (just renting the space) and it is now looking like a 50/50 proposition that we'll have to hand this back over as a vol. repo. and fid something somewhere else (most likely in another state). It was SORTA in our plans to move the end of the year, but as part of all this, it turns out the inbread lein-holders of the mortgate will NOT ALLOW it to move out of COUNTY (let alone out of state)...

I applied for a credit card last Friday at my credit union.

I've never had a credit card before.

I should be getting it in a couple of weeks.

After that I'll be able to donate.

I think there's some small confusion @ the hearts & stars ... hearts be nice, but ya can't do a search with 'em, so I'm trying to kick your thread along & figure out who needs stars. I'm almost broke, but figure I can do a few more 'marzipan' stars (got a hell of a sugar rush going tonight - marzipan heart cookies! So everything today is marzipan flavored, even stars! LOL!)
