4. i thought of this, but thought against posting it. it's a bad idea.

in cheney's case, the victim got first tier medical aid asap, and it sounds like he'll live.

in kennedy's case, well, no so much.

the issue isn't whether the politicos tried to control damage from the situation, all politicos do that. the problem was that kennedy supposedly neglected to help the victim (although it seems fairly certain that she was doomed even if he had called an ambulance asap).
