2. He Says He Disagrees With Wiretapping King
But agrees that listening to an American Citizen aiding Al Zarqawi is okay.

I'm not sure I disagree with him.

There's a first time for everything.

But * should have to go to FISA court to listen

3. Of course it's OK.
But not while breaking the law. Those stinko liars are attempting to not-too-subtly shift the context, so it looks like we honorable citizens are objecting to the spying, rather than the illegality and the surreptitious intel gathering on political opponents.

4. Hmmm...
I agree, it's ok to listen to a American Citizen talking to a Al-Queda operative...
BUT
HOW do we know that's who they are listening to?

Nixon tapped phones of 'enemies of America'... including Democratic Party headquarters in the Watergate hotel.

There is a system of accountability in place... and it makes me suspicious when the President intentionally avoids it. He's Up To Something, not merely illegal but unethical.

5. That's Why FISA was Created!
I agree with you

The President (*) has always avoided any scrutiny to anything he has done.
